This music is an original creation of mine, utilizing the 528Hz frequency from the Solfeggio scale, known as the ‘Frequency of Love’. The Solfeggio frequencies, ancient in origin, are reputed for their relaxing effects and harmonizing benefits for the mind and body. Having personally struggled with insomnia, stress, and the consequent feelings of anxiety and self-loathing, I crafted this music with the hope of providing a sense of tranquility for others.
